This workshop is an opportunity to explore the different areas of your life; your personal, professional, and/or wellness goals; your values, unique qualities and talents. Through a series of simple exercises and reflections, you can take a look at your life as it is right now, identify the change(s) that you want to make, and begin to design a plan for a more fulfilling future.
